This is a significant step to clearing the "Bottle Neck" that is the current "Te Rapa Straight / The Base" area of roading which has been abysmal since "The Base" was first converted to a "Large Format Retail Sector".
Special Thanks have to go out to "Mr MCC" for the inspiration and final placement of this cache. For without his placement of a recent cache you wouldn't have this one. 
This improvement will provide quick and simple exit point for the city when heading North.
At a designated cost of $168,000,000 this is not an insignificant peice of roading that with link North Hamilton to the Waikato Expressway. Other benifits that it will bring is the opening up of significant tracks of land for industrial development which the city is currently very short of.
The real issue that you will have here is "How do I do this cache without being being so bleedin' obvious?"
Not rearly one for the Children or Dogs as this is a very busy area.
