Sidetracked - St. Budeaux
How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
SideTracked caches are intended to provide quick cache-and-dashes at railway stations.
Although there are Sidetracked caches for the other Plymouth stations, none existed for the St. Budeaux stations, and as I had recently moved to the area it only seemed natural to place one here.
I've set the difficulty slightly higher because of the amount of road traffic and pedestrians that pass the entrances to the two stations. Muggles can suddenly appear from nowhere, so be careful.
Please bring your own pen/pencil to sign the log.
PLEASE NOTE: On the 30th of April 2016 I moved the GZ co-ordinates of the cache, as the original location had become too obvious to muggles. The cache is now slightly more difficult to grab quickly, but is out of plain sight of muggles. Having said that, it might be a bit of a reach for the vertically-challenged. When replacing the cache could you please make sure you replace it EXACTLY where you found it, and bear in mind that only one of the surfaces is magnetic.
If I get too many logs saying it's hard to reach, I'll try to find a slightly different position for it. :-)
