Geocache Description:

The "Bridge to Nowhere" (aka Hwy #4) was built in 1987. It was built north of Selkirk, connecting the Selkirk by-pass to Highway # 59. The cache is a small L&L container camoed to it's enviroment, as it is placed low to the ground it may not be winter friendly, but should be winter findable. It should be placed far enough away that it will be fine during times of flooding. There is no need to look on the bridge....if your in the right place, it should be high above your head! Beware that the bridge may play games with your signal. If you get better coordinates than what I have averaged, let me know.

All non-virtual geocaches must contain a logbook. If it must contain a logbook for you to sign, then you must sign said logbook. If your name is not in the logbook then you have not truly found the geocache. Bring something to mark in the logbook if you you would like to count the find.

This cache is a spur of the moment hide, as I keep saying 'We should place a cache here!' and then someone plops one down there... so we pulled over after an awesome afternoon 7km bike ride with 22 caches, 17 of those being FTFs! There is no certificate, but is a FTF pin for the lucky FTF!!! Congrats to joust gezzin on their very first FTF!
