It's become apparent that the Army Duck occupancy has turned many civilians! And the General is a cunning, sneaky foul that is on top of his game! For added security, the R.D.A. has added a "simple" mathematical cipher to the coordinates for their position in the attack on the Green Dragon, a war machine used by the Army Ducks to rain fear upon the citizens of Lumberton and nearby Mount Holly..
