Next installment of the bladerunner sequence
Based on the novel 'Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?' by Philip K Dick (1968), Bladerunner is set in a post-nuclear Earth (2021 in the movie), where nearly all the animals have died out. Assisting humans with off-world settlement are the replicants, nearly human robots that are banned from returning to Earth. However, some occasionally manage this, with malicious intentions. Bladerunners, a special unit of the police, had the job of tracking them down and "retiring" them.
Zhora was one of the replicants who returned to Earth and was on the list of reinstated bladerunner Deckard. In the original book, the character was an opera singer named Luba Luft. In the movie she was an exotic dancer performing an act with a snake. Deckard tracks her down via a long-winded process reminiscent of a multi-cache: Finding a photo left by another of the replicants, (Leon), and analyzing it with his ESPER machine (a 3D scanner), yields enough information for Deckard to identify the apartment in which the photo was taken. In the apartment he finds an animal scale, which because of the rarity of animals, means he has a way of identifying the owner. Taking the scale to an animal shop, the proprietor examines it with a scanning electron microscope (no sample preparation required in the movies), and pronounces it to be:
“Not fish… snake scale!”

Clues in the image helped Deckard track down the snake and then Zhora. Note : add 0.006 S and 0.002 to E of the latest image. Cache contains a few plastic reptiles and some glittery bits (plus a log book and pencil of course).
Right by a backyard, please use stealth
The image is actually a scanning electron micrograph of a Haitian Curly-tailed Lizard Leiocephalus schreibersi skin scale from a paper about reptile skin structure (Irish et al. 1988, J Morphol). Near enough for geocaching....
