Water Treatment Works (WTW) #1 Tiptree

I drive past this place on the way to work everyday and have often admired it so about time to put a cache here to show others! Well worth a wander round the perimeter to get the point from all angles.
Don't know an awful lot about it, it features in some old photographs of Tiptree from the 1920's so has been here a while

You are looking for a camo'd micro, nothing too taxing but bring your own scribbler!
