Art can be used as an interpretive tool. Shapes and symbols form glyphs that can be interpreted to convey information. The artwork presented in this case is evocative of the location at which the geocache is located. Only the north coordinates can be derived, however.
Deciphering the west coordinates for the geocache requires delving into the history of an establishment nearby. Missouri has a bit of history with what is often termed "Tram-Law". It was in 19AB that the first store opened in our state. Business was lucrative enough to warrant using Washington, Missouri as a testbed for a new sort of "supercenter". The first such location was opened in 19CD.
To derive the west coordinates, calculate:
X = C + 1
Y = X - A
Z = B - 1
And now, substitute those answers into the following: W 92° 19.YZD
