I met the owner of this sign a while back. Before this sign was here, and before I started geocaching. He told me of a dream he had. A dream to place an electronic sign that would give a message of hope. No advertisements, and he would remain anonymous. In fact he only told me, when his wife told him she thought I could help with programming the sign. I felt that this was a very good idea and recently when I drove by and saw the sign, I knew that I had to put a Cache here.
Even though it is not a requirement the property owner wants people to read the sign and include the scripture in their log.
