Just off the highway. Turn just West of the Dental Center on the dead end road which leads to the city municipal plant for parking close to the cache.
Ramsey Falls, in the center of Ramsey Park, located on Ramsey Creek, is featured on many logos for the City of Redwood Falls. However, there are actually 2 waterfalls in the Park. The lesser known Redwood Falls, located on the Redwood River are located down the trail west of this cache, under the walking bridge. 219 acres in size, Alexander Ramsey Park is the largest municipal park in the State of Minnesota. Termed as the "Little Yellowstone of Minnesota", the park is enhanced by 1930's Civilian Conservation Corps shelters and bridges and picturesque Ramsey Falls. The park serves as a focal point for community events, festivals and summer activities and features campground facilities, shelter houses, four miles of paved hiking trails, a DNR trout stream, scenic overlooks, and a zoo.
