Geocache Description:

This cache has been placed to celebrate the 2012 Keyne-O series of local orienteering events takes place once a month in the different parks around Milton Keynes. The event taking place on 10th June 2012 is at Caldecotte Lake - starting at the Windmill pub car park off H10 Bletcham Way. This is also a good place to park to get to this cache!

I thought that a few Geocachers may be interested in having a go at a different sort of navigation for a bit of fun!

The events are open to anyone and are run by the South Midlands Orienteering Club. They are great for beginners and more experienced orienteerers who fancy a good run around. There are 3 different courses "amble" ~ 3km - controls are all easy to find, "trot" ~ 5km - controls may be a bit more challenging and the "run"~ 7km - controls are again a bit more challenging.

For more information see www.smoc.info

This is the 2nd in a series of caches around the Milton Keynes parks in line with the 2012 Keyne-O events

I hope you enjoy finding this cache! It is a small round tin with room for a few swaps. It has some fairy stickers, boat stickers and a balloon.

Please re-hide as found!
