Where the Names Have No Street Mystery Cache

On my bike rides around town, I came upon a quandary. Quite literally. It's a lovely street, complete with stop-sign. Except there's no street. You'll see what I mean when you get there.

leitko4 e-mailed me and Geodude2008 the other day and showed us an article with number puzzles. The article claimed that very young kids, pre-schoolers, could solve this puzzle much faster than adults. leitko4 said "How long until one of you comes up with a cache based upon this puzzle?" Well, leitko, here you go!
