Geocache Description:

This hide is dedicated to Norway's Constitution Day (The National Day) May 17. The day Norwegian's get dressed up in traditional clothes, walk in parades to celebrate their freedom and kids enjoy extra ice cream...

The cache is located near Bedford Primary School. Might not be too hard to find, but I hope you will enjoy the search and the area.
