Geocache Description:

This is another in my series of Marina del Rey hides.

This is a new little neat area. L.A. County has recently finished improvements around Ballona Lagoon. This place is a small lot which seems to indicate it is for pets. I know it may not look like much now, but the fence and path have just recently been completed. Still there's plenty of wildlife if you look hard enough. With time, I look forward to flourishing plant life beyond the fence. There are plaques that give you the history of this area and what you might find. As far as the cache, what you are looking for here is an Altoids tin...and, of course, very unique fauna and flora of an area that is very unique not only to Los Angeles, but SoCal. CONGRATS TO MONKEYDOGFISH FOR BEING THE FTF!
