No Darts Here Either Traditional Cache

I placed the original "No Darts Here Either" GC3F568 cache so you could get a smiley while looking for the clue for "N.D.R. #2 -- KRYPTOS". It went missing, and this cache is to replace that one. It is approximately 550 ft from the original location, so I archived the old one and now you can get another smiley for this one. Its like a two-fer! I liked the other location better, but maybe with some CITO this place will be ok.
