Geocache Description:

FITG - Filling In The Gaps

This cache is one in a series of caches on the "Rails to Trails", a converted railbed. The trail is multi-use, meaning that you can expect to encounter pedestrians, cyclists, ATV/snowmobiles, horses, etc. The mainly level trail will take you along the scenic Atlantic coast. Please respect the posted rules (including speed-limits and the 11pm-5am "no use" trail rule) and take your trash home with you.

Terrain: The terrain ratings for all caches apply to the terrain from the trail to the cache. Otherwise, depending on your starting point these are all terrain 1-1.5's.

Parking: There are plenty of public parking places along the trail/Highway 3. Please respect private driveways and don't use/abuse them.

Highway 103: We do not recommend parking on the highway to access any of these caches.

Supplies: Depending on your plans, water and snacks would be recommended. Also note that only select caches contain writing sticks, so bring your own.

Maintenance: Be sure to make any notes regarding required maintenance, so the CO can keep these caches in good condition.

Listings: If you see any incorrect/missing attributes or ratings please notify the CO in your log, so the listing can be corrected or improved.
