「インターネットdeかだって」は、仮設住宅に暮らす人々が少しでも快適に暮らせるようなICTのあり方を検討しようと地元主導で立ち上がったプロジェクト。現在アットマークリアスNPOサポートセンターによって運営されている無料のインターネットカフェ（営業時間 10時〜17時）です。オープンストリートマップのベースキャンプとしても活用されています。
