Brua

Norsk: Kvinnherads mest brukte turområde har sitt utgangspunkt i Handeland Gard. Et par kilometer inn i dalen finnes en grillhytte som står til fri disposisjon for turgåere. Veien er brukbar i stand, slik at en kan trille både barnevogn og rullestol.

Handelandsdalen gir og tilgang til flere fine aurevatn i tillegg til auren i elven. Nydelig natur og lett tilgjengelige "familie"-fiskevann.

Turen fra parkeringsplassen til cachen tar 20-40 minutter, avhengig av hvor mange som er på tur :-)

English: Kvinnherad's most popular trekking area has the Handeland Gard farm as it's starting point. About two kilometers into the valley is a "barbecue cabin" free to use by trekkers. The trail is good, and can acommodate both prams and wheelchairs.

The Handeland valley also gives you access to several trout lakes in addition to the trout in the river. Beautiful scenery and easily accessible "family" fishing lakes.

The cache is about a 20-40 minutes walk from the parking area, depending on how many you are ;-)
