Geocache Description:

This cache is located at the intersection of the Briones Crest Trail and the Seaborg Trail in Briones Regional Park. The Seaborg Trail is named after Glenn Seaborg, a Lafayette resident who received the 1951 Nobel Prize in Physics.

I am continually amazed at the number of trails in the SF East Bay Area.  Whenever I think I have hiked them all, then I find that I have hardly scratched the surface. This is part of a series of geocaches at trail junctions in the southern part of Briones, located on trails that you might not have seen before.
