The McAllen Public Library was too small to serve the citizens of the Valley in the way it had done for so many years, so they bought an abandoned well-known retail store and expanded. The new facility is HUGE and quite modern.
I hope that this is a quick one for everyone, but so that you don't spend too much time looking I will tell you that you are looking for a black test-strip container. The hint below will narrow down your search as well.
