The cache is located close to the parking lot of the Jane Goodall Instutite, Chimp Eden. The sanctuary is home to 33 orphaned chimps who have rescued from all over the African Contenetnt. Please only attempt the cache between the hours 08h00 and 15h30 as these are the opening times.
A cache in honour of Abu one of the greatest Chimps i have ever met. He died in 2008 and had a special place in my heart and i knew him for a very long time. May he now enjoy the Forest up in the sky... Abu was recused in Angola where he was kept outside a night club, where people gave him alchol and smokes. He died at 21 and had a very good life at the sanctuary and was one of the first chimps we had at JGI Chimp Eden. RIP big guy
The cache is in the parking lot and one can simply drive up from the gate to do the cache, Just please tell the security guard at the gate you are coming up to see the chimps. The cache is there and wont cost you a thing to do. Please only attempt the cache between the hours 08h00 and 15h30 as these are the opening times.

As one drives up keep a look out for some of the various game located on the farm.
Cache is a old grenade holder and contains small items, suitable for small TBs abd Geo Coins.
