Geocache Description:

A walk through the local woods near Fair Oak in Hampshire. The cache is hidden around a 10 minute walk from the nearest parking. The paths do get muddy after wet weather so walking boots are a good idea.
Due to the location of this cache, the final retrieval may be unsuitable for children.

Situated in woods to the south of Fair  Oak, stretching along a Y shaped stream and its valley. This
watercourse, known as Allington Stream, joins the River Itchen further downstream. Much of the
land was once part of the Quobleigh estate and is made up of ancient boggy woodland and arable fields.

“If growing up means it would be beneath my dignity to climb a tree, I'll never grow up, never grow up, never grow up! Not me!”
J.M. Barrie

Take care as there are some remains of barbed wire strands around the fence posts near the cache. There are two routes to GZ - one will require wellies, the other one over the natural bridge requires careful footwork. Take Care
