Geocache Description:

On a nice Place above of Olympiada, near the ancient city of Stagira you have a great scenic View over the strimonian gulf to a little Island.

The birthplace of Aristoteles:
Stagira or Stageira was an ancient Greek city nearby the Cache on the Chalkidiki peninsula and is chiefly known for being the birthplace of Aristoteles, who was a Greek philosopher and polymath, a student of Plato and teacher of Alexander the Great. The ancient city lies approximately 8 kilometres north northeast of the present-day village, close to the town of Olympiada.
