Time: 10am until 3 pm
Cost:Park admission is $3.00,if your camping it is already included.
What to bring:The food will be potluck.Please bring a dish of your choosing(whether it be a meat,side dish,dessert...etc.) bring the family,a tent to camp if you choose to do so, a smile, GPS, and be ready for a fun day of activites.

Who is hosting the event:Mississippi Geocachers Association, Geocachers of West Tennessee and the Mississippi Department of Wildlife Fisheries & Parks
If you have not experienced the event before you will not want to miss out on the fun.
Event details: Friday night come by site #25 grab a hotdog and meet up with everyone who is camping.
Saturday morning you will come to Registration desk and pick up a name badge and check in any travel bugs and coins.
From there you will find a list of activities planned for the day.
Head over to the cooking area to drop off any dishes you have chosen to bring. (please list what you will be bringing when you log attendance)
Then you can pick up a list of all the games, and or caches in the park to participate in.
We will have early refreshments for those that would like to stay indoors and socialize.

Micro toss, ammo can toss, stack the film canisters, kids scavenger hunt, kayak race, ring toss, 50/50 raffle, etc.
Camping information is: Electrical tent sites at $18.00 a night, cabins are 75.00 a night, again call number above or check reserveamerica.com,also see the related webpage link
The nearest hotels are 30 minutes away in Holly Springs or Oxford, MS.
There will several of us bringing kayaks for an adventure race,boat launching is free with your park admission.

We have already received support from several geocaching vendors and have some cool PRIZES including a Geo-mate jr that some lucky kid will claim at the event.
