This cache is on private property. Permission given by owner,Pam Terpstra, to place cache. Parking available in guest lot, if full street parking is available. Please respect landscaping and stay on side walks.
The Westphal Mansion was built for August and Mary (Schlott) Westphal in 1913 overlooking dowtown Hartford.
Built as a single family home with three bedrooms, office, ballroom and servants quarters. August was well-known in the state and nationally as the "Cheese King" as well as one of the largest cheese manufacturers in Wisconsin.
