7/11/20: The cache was originally placed at the edge of a drainage culvert. While I agree that some caches can be harder (terrain-wise) than others, I think this one to be more of a family cache. I relocated it to a more family-friendly location (and container). Consider the new name. An average person should spot it and the hint still applies. Mediume sized pill bottle.
