NV Mad Dog and George Go Cow Tipping on the Open Range
Doris and George are two characters from the movie, Same Time Next Year. We thought it would be appropriately fun and entertaining for the ET Trail cachers (some of us who do, indeed, come back again… and again!) to have a little series of caches in honor of our "anniversaries" of caching the ET Highway and other Nevada trails. We hope you will enjoy the various Doris and George escapades and that you, too, may return to this beautiful place in the desert someday.
By now you may have been reading about the mis-adventures of Doris and George out in the Nevada Desert. While Doris decides to visit with MrsNVtriker and PinkDragon for a while, George sets out for a little adventure with the NVtrikers’ son, NVMadDog. NVMadDog recently watched the Pixar movie, Cars, and decided it would be great fun to take George out to do some cow tipping just like Mater did in the movie. This open range territory is the perfect venue for their evening adventures however we warn you - DO NOT TRY THIS YOURSELF. Do not approach the cows - in fact, STEER (ha ha) clear of them and give them a wide berth. This is their land, so be respectful and please slow down while driving, especially at night.
