Geocache Description:

A quick park and grab.

This brings you to the south west extension of the the Moose Mountain/Fort Ellice Trail (see gc2y48q). Here we have a main transportation route of the 19th century. Later it was used by the N.W.M.P. for patrols. As Arcola was the end of the railway in the early 1900's, this route was the main link for supplies to the settlers of the district.
