Stashed just outside this private tennis court, easy to park and grab. Geocaching is permitted outside fence...as noted on posted sign, cache has owner's permission.
Take and item, leave an item. But be polite and quiet.
Good Travel Bug (small)/Tag location.

Down the lane and on the side,
there's a little place for this cache to hide...
Quietly find your stash,
stack the stones and make a dash...
Leave something borrowed or new,
but leave without a clue...
