Geocache Description:

This is a high muggle area. There is parking near the GZ but not at the GZ. You can't go directly to the GZ if heading east on Route 101, although there is a turn if heading west. You're looking for a camoed container slightly larger than a match container.

We've long been intrigued by the Milford and Manchester Railroad that was only in use for a few short years.

This cache is placed near where the old Bedford Station used to be and is the 23rd cache we've placed as part of our series celebrating the Milford to Manchester railroad.

Bedford Station looking towards the northeast from what would be Route 101 today

This cache won't bring you to a wonderful location in the woods nor is it an interesting cache hide but there was a road overpass for Nashua Road over the railroad here and the cache is placed on the slope of that old road just before the train pulled into the station.

Looking from Bell Hill south.

In the picture above, the current Mobil gas station would be just to the left of the railroad station in the picture. The GZ is just out of the picture on the right.

Please put the cache back carefully where you found it.
