Another park and grab at CSUCI University Park, now that the gate is open from sunrise to sunset - remember to bring your own pen (BYOP) 
Refer to the Flood Control cache description about parking fee.
Cache went missing and is now a hanging bison is a micro (actually a blood glucose test strip container) hidden in a now familiar, majorjarhead way, close to the main dirt road into the park. There is a gold dollar coin for FTF 
In keeping with the OVC (Ojai Valley Cachers)/gsmx2 tradition, I placed this cache after getting an FTF several weeks ago on Sandstone Peak Redux 
(GetA FTF, then SetA FTF opportunity for another cacher).
