Geocache Description:

At the Maurie Kjar Memorial Pools in Kawerau, this cache is a multi which will not take long to complete. It was first placed during the Get into Hot Water event in Kawerau in May '12.
The co-ordinates given are for the carpark at the pools, not the cache. That will be solved with the puzzle.

All clues and the final cache are to be gathered within the complex so must be done when pools are open.
They are open every day with the exception of Christmas Day and an annual two week maintenance period (you could check this with Murray'n'Janet at the time if need be, or the Kawerau District Council. It is usually around August we think).
During the winter season (April to September) the complex is open from 10 am to 7 pm daily. Over the summer period (October to April) opening hours are from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and 8 am to 8 pm Saturday and Sunday.

So bring your togs. The swimming pools are cool in summer and warm in winter and the large spa pool is warm all year 'round.
There is also a barbecue available on request for a small price. But all swimming is free. Lifeguards are on duty at all times.
This is also the area at which Kawerau's daily temperature reading is taken. It is often highest in the country, particularly during summer, but the thermal area doesn't influence this.

Now, the cache is hidden at the following co-ordinates:
S 38 05.EAD E176 41.FCB

The unknown numbers will be found from the following around this area.
A = the age at which children can swim unaccompanied in the swimming pools minus 1
B = the number of things banned in this area minus 5
C = the number of aerials that can be seen at the weather station plus 1
D = the number of bolts holding the white pipe at the geothermal bore in the corner minus 1
E= the number of whales in the mural plus 1
F = the number of spa jets in the spa pool minus 3
