Geocache Description:

The cache is located in Makaha on a back road to Makaha Valley called Kili Drive. It used to be my training grounds when I ran cross country at Waianae High School and was the course when I won the District Championship during my sophomore year. I trained on it extensively in preparation for my best marathon time ever; 2:58 during my junior year. I used to work at the Makaha Valley ranch just down the road and my mother used to work at the Makaha Sheraton. I used to live in the plantations apartments near the cache and my grandfather still lives in the Valley Towers nearby. The road itself is just under 2 miles, the majority of it uphill which led to its nickname of "Killer Drive." On rainy days there are several waterfalls along the mountain side just behind the towers. Going down the road leads you too the popular Makaha Surfing Beach. Be careful as there is not designated parking on the road. Cache should be a quick PNG.
