Geocache Description:

This 5-stage multi-cache is the perfect get-your-feet-wet primer for new cachers and will be a tour-through-the-familiar for experienced ones.

The first four stages reflect some of the most common types of urban-area microcache hides you'll find in the geocaching world. The first stage is located at the posted coordinates. Inside the container hidden at each stage along the way you'll find the coordinates for the next stage and, sometimes, an extra hint or a suggested path to follow. While some people may decide to drive from Stage 4 to Stage 5, the truth is that all five stages are within walking distance of each other, so I recommend that you leave the car in a legal spot and let your feet do their jobs!

The most difficult terrain will involve walking up a grassy incline. I'll also note that you CANNOT park near Stage 4...you MUST walk to it from Stage 3 in order to be safe. At each stage, try to be as inconspicuous as possible, as some locations are in plain sight of passing "muggles" (non-geocaching beings), and you don't want them to get suspicious and possibly remove the cache from its hiding spot.

For veteran cachers, I recommend NOT looking at the additional hints...you don't need them (except, MAYBE, for the final). For fairly new geocachers, feel free to peek at the additional hints if you need a nudge. I've put fairly common wording for the hints. After you've completed this multi-cache adventure, you'll be more likely to know where to look for numerous other geocaches hidden out there in our worldwide playground!

Please put every container back the way you found it, with whatever camouflage might have been there. For one of the stages, a tweezers might be helpful in removing the note from the container. And please be safe as you cache...walk on the sidewalks or on the sides of roads or on the swales, cross at the crosswalks, and avoid rampaging rhinos.

For new geocachers, a quick rule-of-thumb: With multi-caches, you don't sign the sheets in any of the stages until the end, and you can't log a "Found It" online until you've reached the finale! If you stop in the middle, save your notes so you can come back and resume your adventure where you left off.

The final is a camouflaged racquetball container with some swag and log. Feel free to take a prize from the container as long as you leave one in its place!

I hope all seekers have fun with this geocache! Cache on!!
