When you go up a hill from JR Takatsuki Station, you will come to this quiet shrine.
The best time to visit JOGUTENMANGU 上宮天満宮 is February 25th and 26th every year when a big festival called TENJINMATSURI 天神祭り takes place. Oh, maybe the worst time for geocachers to hunt this cache, though. Whenever you may come, please enjoy!
