This series is a Birthday present for a long-term cacher who's age shall remain unknown.
It is a series of nine caches, with clues that are needed to locate the final.
Most caches will have a clue.

The town seems to have not changed in the period that the cacher has been living here, but when you look down a few of the side streets....
