This series is a Birthday present for a long-term cacher who's age shall remain unknown.
It is a series of nine caches, with clues that are needed to locate the final.
Most caches will have a clue.

The title refers to a road safety initiative when the suburban speed limit was altered down.

The cache is a short walk down in a small park.
