Cachen er en boks på ca 5 x 10 cm, og inneholder loggbok, blyant og byttesaker. . The cache is a 5 x 10 cm plastic box, with logbook, pencil and some trading toys.
Sandnestinden er et populært turmål for de som liker å gå tur i fjellet. Fra toppen kan man se Lofotveggen i nord, og Meløy i sør. Man ser også både Inndyr og Mellomsandnes samtidig når man står på toppen. Utsikten er fantastisk, og bør oppleves !! Turen opp fra inndyr tar ca 1.5 til 2 timer i normalt tempo, og terrenget består av både bratt steinur, fine skogsstier, berg, og mose / myr, så her er det lurt å sko seg skikkelig.

Sandnestinden is a popular destination for those who like to go hiking in the mountains. From the top you can see the Lofoten Islands to the north, and Meloy in the south. You can also see both Inndyr and Mellom-Sandnes simultaneously when you are on the top. The view is breathtaking, and should be experienced! The trip up from Inndyr takes about 1.5 to 2 hours at a normal pace, and the terrain consists of steep scree, fine woodland trails, mountains, and moss / marsh, so it is a good idea to have good shoes.
