EVENT GEOCOIN
This event is part of a series of events all around the world celebrating the 12th day of the 12th month of the 12th year of this century, and the 12th year of geocaching. Each event has a geocoin, all of the same design, but with different colouring. We will be using The Auckland 12-12-12 Event Geocoin artwork is shown below. It's a copper geocoin with glow-in-the-dark numbers and starburst on the back.
This is a strictly limited edition 2 inch 12 sided coin, fully trackable on geocaching.com. It is larger than previous years (not our decision) but being larger means a nicer coin but more expensive than previous years' coins - the cost of each coin is $20. I am unsure how many of these I will be able to acquire from FMZ, so First In First Served. Let me know of you want a coin and I will do my best.
