Geocache Description:

Beckamoor Combe gully lies to the west of the cache site it has been registered by English Heritage as a Scheduled Ancient Monuments (SAM) under the Archaeological Areas Act 1979. Whether this area deserves this status remains to be seen! The most interesting part of the gully is a well preserved tinner’s hut at N 50° 33.756 W 004° 04.159 http://www.waymarking.com/waymarks/WM1886_Tinners_Hut_Beckamore_Combe
