No force needed to get this hand made wheelchair accessible container that blends in with the environment but it is likely to test your retrieval skills. Secured in place in a way that may require a little thought on how to access the container in order to get to the log. No excessive force required to access the container. Watch for Muggles. Two of this site's four stars are for near constant Muggle activity. The surrounding area has many places to search so should you get frustrated, just have a seat and while you take a rest I'm sure that if the best search location does not soon become apparent you'll at least get over it.
Did I say there might be Muggles? Depending on the weather, they often congregate at the nearby shower which makes searching difficult for even the most stealthy hunter. You could always take a walk on the beach, or just come back later to make the grab.
Also, if a retrieval tool is needed your ink pen should do the job but there should never be any need for brute strength.
