Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a series of caches based on the Assassin's Creed video game series.  You won't have had to play the games or even have a familiarity with the series in order to find the caches.  It is recommended that you find the caches in order, as the series will tell the story of Desmond Miles and it could be confusing to start in the middle.

**CACHE IS NOT AT POSTED COORDINATES**

Hello again, fellow Assassins!  Thank you for locating the sixth item.  Hopefully, you are not extremely exhausted after your walk for the boots.  But, it was well worth it.  Altair was able to successfully assassinate Majd Addin and with the boots, he will be even more capable.  This time, when I exited the Animus, I waited for Lucy and Dr. Vidic to leave.  I went inot my bedroom area and then came back out and accessed Dr. Vidic's computer.  Lucy was right; Warren Vidic was a Templar.  The Templar's messages revealed more about Abstergo Industries and the current condition of the world in 2012.  There were a lot of e-mails from an Alan Rikkin who appeared to be Vidic's boss and the CEO of Abstergo.  One e-mail mentioned me and how they may need to replaced me with another subject if I couldn't get them what they needed because they were running out of time.  This sounded very ominous.  There was also an e-mail from Lucy detailing how Subject 16 had suffered from a "bleeding effect" from overexposure to the Animus.  He basically was eventually unable to tell the difference from his own life and that of his ancestors.  Lucy cautioned Dr. Vidic that they didn't need to push the subjects so hard.  After this I went to bed, wondering if Subject 16 had once slept in this same bed...

Back in the High Middle Ages, Altair once again returned to Masyaf for his new target from Al Mualim.  Having once again questioned Al Mualim about the connections between his targets, Al Mualim finally admitted that these targets were all Templars and the Templar order thought it was creating a better world, bu tthey intended to do so through force.  Altair gained focus to his mission secure in the knowledge that his targets truly were corrupt.

Altair would head north to Acre.  His target was the Grand Master of the Knights Teutonic, Sibrand.  Having achieved this position by age forty, Sibrand was an imposing man.  He held a degree of authority over the port area of the Middle District of Acre.  Having obtained this position of great power after five years of struggle, Sibrand was desperate to remain in charge and would do anything to prevent his power from slipping away.  Having trained for nine years, he was both a skilled swordsman and archer, making him a dangerous opponent.  Other had felt his sword point on many occasions and he had once knocked over two targets with one arrow!  As he was incapable to secure his position, Sibrand became plagued by ideas and began believing in conspiracies and seven different plots against him, so much that he often doubled the patrols and even threatened to pull knights from battle to protect him.

Sibrand made it impossible to approach Acre from the Mediterranean Sea to the west.  He took control of the docks where he also "acquired" the services of eighty-eight ships.  He planned to use these vessels to form a blockade that would prevent the "fool" Kings and Queens form sending any degree of aid once the Templars initiated thier plan to usurp control of the Holy Land.  Three times, Altair witnessed Sibrand confronting others.  He watched as Sibrand scolded two guards, threatening to double their shifts if they would not get back to their posts.  Out on the docks, Sibrand was abusing and tormenting a scholar in front of a group of civilians, accusing the scholar of being an Assassin.  His point was that the scholar dressed like an Assassin.  After taunting and eventually killing the scholar, Sibrand warned the four onlooking citizens that he had no tolerance for anyone aiding the Asssassins.  Five minutes later, Sibrand then donned his horned helmet and set off for his personal ship unaware that he would be dead in under three minutes.

If you have been paying attention, you now know where to find Sibrand and the next item.  Good luck, Assassins!

The final is a small camo'd lock n' lock container filled with goodies, log and a pictures of the target and the item you are retrieving for Desmond. Please do not take the pictures of the target and item. While it is not required that you do these caches in order, I would really like for you to. Please, only look for this cache, if you intend on trying the entire series.
