Queens Place Emera Centre serves as the central hub for recreational, social and cultural
activity for residents of Queens County. The facility includes an NHL-sized arena with
seating for 1050 spectators, a multi-use indoor track, a fitness centre and studio, a
community room, a boardroom and meeting area,as well as various common
areas throughout the facility. Queens Place Emera Centre also includes 3 outdoor basketball
courts (1/2 courts),a walking trail, a skate park as well as a universally design enclosed play park and splash park. Currently, construction is underway for an outdoor swimming pool.
