TOROBASU (Trolly Bus) Traditional Cache

The trolleybus system in Kawasaki (located between Tokyo and Yokohama) was opened on March 1st, 1951 and closed on May 1st, 1967. With 7.3 km of line around Komiyamae (near the Kawasaki Railway Station) and Sakuramoto, the system utilized trolleybuses mainly of the 100, 200 and 300-series. In this park (Futakozuka Koen) remains the last used Trolley Bus (or nicknamed in Japanese: "Torobasu"). It is number 104 of the 100 series. Please stop by and enjoy a bit of history.
