[EN] At the given coordinates you will find a place where poor people can get free food these days.
Cache is hidden by the Boarding-house of Riga, where poor unemployed and their family members were given free soup in older days.

[LV] No attēlā norādītās vietas dodieties 160m uz dienvidiem.
[EN] Go 160m South from the place marked in the picture.
