This barn is not clearly visible from the road and so you have permission to pull up the driveway. The Lardies have been fruit growers for 5 generations. The quilt reflects their heritage.

This cache series will take you to a selection of the Old Mission Quilt Barns. Too see them all, we recommend that while you are at the Visitors Center, you pick up a map of the area and the Quilt Barn Trail brochure. In addition, while you are there, we think getting the "Traverse City Wine Trail", ""Old Mission Pennisula", "Mission Point Lighthouse", and "General Store Old Mission" pamphlets will enhance your visit.
