Geocache Description:

A large white pot hidden in a gnarly tree at KNEE height. And it has a BEE in it - thus the name. I brought it out to the woods hoping to place it at my 'I'm so Rumbly' cache but just couldn't find a large enough spot at that cache.

NB: YOU CAN FOLLOW THE PERMISSIVE PATH THROUGH LINKS WOOD TO SPRAYS FARM, MAKING AN EXCELLENT CIRCULAR WALK - HOWEVER - WHILE PERFECTLY PASSABLE AND QUITE BEAUTIFUL, THE PATH BETWEEN 'FORKED TRUNKS, FORKED TONGUE' AND 'BOTTLEBRUSH BOG' IS ALWAYS BOGGY. DON'T ATTEMPT THESE 2 FURTHER CACHES IN SANDALS - IT CAN'T BE DONE!

On the path that runs between 'Holly and Ivy' and 'Woodpecker Walk', there is a permissive path through Links Wood. Go through the gate and skirt the meadow: at the top of the field, on the left hand side you'll see another gate with the permissive path details. The cache is on this side of the gate, a short stroll away. The meadow itself is gorgeous, rich in flowers and the views at the gate are lovely. This weekend, short-haired bumblebees were introduced at Dungeness: maybe one day they'll make their way to this meadow.
