This is a small cache hidden close to a pool filter. Please watch your step as you walk down overgrown paths. There is good parking from Stuart Street.
On September 13, 2008 Huricane Ike destroyed many things on Galveston Island. One of the properties was The Pointe Apartment Homes. Cement slabs still exist. The parking lot has a beautiful stripe job. The grounds could use a little work. There is nothing here. Follow the paths between slabs to a shrubby area and look for the cache in a pvc pipe coming out of the cement. The cache is about the size of a flashlight. Inside is a pen and logbook. There is enough room for a travel bug or two. Happy caching to you!!!!! First to find may take the LED keychain light inside. Congrats to zachman48 for FTF. Gas is available .1 miles away at a Conoco on 74th and Stewart.
