A short introduction to Jack-Jack:
Jack-Jack is a favorite character from one of the Jr. Geo Chasers' favorite films, The Incredibles, and its' short, Jack-Jack Attack!
Jack-Jack is the youngest child in the Parr family; his parents are Mr. Incredible (Bob Parr) and Elastigirl (Helen Parr). His primary power is shapeshifting, but he has a large number of other powers.
For the first few years of his life, Jack-Jack didn't seem to exhibit any signs of powers, presumably being too immature for superpowers to manifest.
While the rest of his family members were occupied battling the evil villain, Syndrome, Jack-Jack was home with a babysitter, Kari McKeen. Kari's determination to have some fun babysitting ended with trouble when Jack-Jack began manifesting some of his superpowers. These involved primarily shapeshifting, but he is also able to float, shoot lasers, phase (able to pass through solid objects), teleport, and burst into flames, among others.
Later, Syndrome arrived claiming he was the replacement baby sitter. When Syndrome attempted to kidnap Jack-Jack and fly away, Jack-Jack used his powers to defend himself which ultimately resulted in Syndrome's demise.
