This cache series is a play on the Indiana Benchmarking Series by TheLawsonFamily and Chutch1035.
This series of caches highlights the BENCHes MARKed with caches that are on the Columbus People Trail. This bench is located close to the bridges that lead you into and out of Columbus on IN-46.
This particular bench was donated by Booz Allen Hamilton in memory of Sgt Jeremy R. McQueary, USMC, 27, of Columbus, Ind.; assigned to 2nd Combat Engineer Battalion, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, Camp Lejeune, N.C.; died Feb. 18, 2010 while supporting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan.
