Geocache Description:

Calling this the underwater bridge because as soon as the project was completed, the 2011 Flood hit, and put it under water. It is a quick c&d and easily obtainable by parking on the Wyoming side of the bridge. There is a small FTF prize. Small hands would be a plus. Kudos to ebjazzz on the super quick FTF!
